As a crew member, you are required to be proactive in your ideas and contribution to the team. If selected, you will be dedicating lunchtimes and after-school sessions (more than once a week) leading up to the event.

As a speaker, we want to tap into unique ideas, which may not have been previously explored. We DO NOT want you to talk about something you have read on the internet, but rather, something that you are passionate and feel strongly about and/or you may have experience with. 

Note: You can choose to sign up for both speakeras well as a crew member although if you are chosen for both aspects, then you will have to choose one or the other of the two options. Good Luck with your applications!!
